To establish an
account with our office, new clients are asked to pay for their
services up front at the time their key is collected. On subsequent
trips, clients may pay up front or we will be happy to furnish an
invoice and return envelope for payments. Payment terms are
due upon receipt, meaning the payment should be in
the next available mail pickup after returning home.

If clients find it necessary to cancel a trip or reduce the number
of visits originally booked, and do not have the opportunity to
notify our office at least 7 days in advance of the first scheduled
visit, an invoice will be issued for the full amount originally
arranged with our office.
When you have
decided which dates you wish your sitter to visit, we will arrange
a mutually convenient time to meet in your home to get acquainted
with you and your kitties, fill out our Service Contract, pick up
your spare key and payment. To save time, many clients leave their
house key with the sitter at all times, sign the TAF
(Telephone Authorization Form), and all arrangements can
be made by phone for your future vacations.
Each per visit
charge covers all the care needed for your cat and your home. No
extra charge is made for administering medication, weekends,
holidays, nor for the pick-up and return of your house key. Charges
are negotiable for longer service routes and households with more
than three cats. For the safety of our sitters, rounds are made
during daylight hours. In the event of inclement weather, rounds
will resume as soon as roads are passable.
In addition, we
provide the following no charge services to insure security for
your home while you're away:
